Log Indicates Portfolio Balance Incorrectly
#1
I was attempting to trade ETC/BAT.
Once the Bot starts and pulls from Binance, my ETH Balance is at first correct and then after the Balance part reports incorrect.
This causes the bot to no trade in the proper direction. Is this a Binance API issue? It has only happened for this pair so far.

You say you are attempting to trade on ETC but the logs indicate ETH instead.

- Are you running any other bots or are you trading yourself on ETH/BAT? In other words did the balance change?
- Did the bot trade at all?

Sorry Mike didn't proof read.. I'm attempting to trade ETH/BAT pair.
I know not to trade more than one coin to the bass currency. So I have no other bots trading to ETH.
I made sure I had no ETH(as little as binance would allow anyways) when I started the ETH/BAT pair trading.
If my balance starts out with BAT it does not trade. If I manually move everything to ETH, start the bot over it will start to trade.  It does however report the balance improperly.

This same issue occurs regardless of which currency you trade to BAT. I did start bots BTC/BAT and BNB/BAT and each time the portfolio starts okay then the balance of the currency is wrong.
I've had a bot running ETH/BAT today, started with all in ETH this time. It seems to be running okay for now. It has completed one round trip.
So far this is the only pair I've had this issue with.
I did have to update the binance.js to get the BAT coin available. Is there anything else I needed to update?

Thanks for Gekko. It's been 20+ years since I've programmed anything, and that was in C. Enjoying the debugging and code tracing more than the actual trading.

NO worries. I reinstalled gekko and the problem is gone now. I started having other issues and decided it was time to just start over. Something must have got corrupt some place or my poking around may have edited something I should not have
