It's very possible! Gekko has native support for trailing stop losses now, but normal SL and TP are not hard to simply put in your strategy yourself. If you look around on the internet you can find examples of this.
I might add native ones to Gekko at some point (also very open to pull requests).
More than a year and not not a single script to do the most simple thing like this?
