How to get Paper Trader to Display Time in UTC

I like using UTC. The paper trader displays local time when using the CLI. Is there any way to change this?

I'll look into adding this! Currently not easy without changing your machine's timezone.

Most servers (where I run 99% of my cli gekkos) are on UTC by default.
