What do you think is the normal price for the most ordinary house in LA ?
(Or in another city) I'm planning to buy a house, but I don't know how much you can buy it for and in what condition.

Ouch! I don't think it is the right time for you to buy a house in LA since home values have gone up 16.7% over the past year. But, of course, it all depends on what your budget is. I think that for LA, a house should be around 900 000 dollars. But I might be wrong. With all this covid going on, it isn't very clear. As for me, I wanted to buy a house just before the pandemic started, but I ended up only buying a house sign, lol. I don't know how the pandemic hit you guys, but it really did hit me badly, and I have a hard time coming back stronger.
