A really very useful article. However, I personally would never think of making a business based on the sale of property. In my opinion, this is not the most pleasant business because very often you have to sell property much more expensive than it is, and it seems like a fraud and I don't like it. Otherwise, it will not work in such a business. Although probably if you repair the purchased property, it will probably be fair to overstate the price. If I ever buy a property for myself, I will definitely hire the right person who can help me understand the fair price. Such a person as for example is described here in the article wealthtender. To make sure that no one else scammed me for money.
