enable talib on windows 10

Hello 

I got this error when I use a indicator  talib

Gekko encountered an error and can't continue

Error:

Talib is not enabled



Meta debug info:

Gekko version: v0.6.4
Nodejs version: v8.11.3

 I tried install through bash but then  I got this error. THe nodes were installed

who can help me install talib in windows 10. Untill now it is a pain in the ass
