Entrie, target and stop (AT THE SAME TIME)

For now: you can build this into your strategy.
In a future version: there will be advanced order types Gekko can do natively, TP & SL (take profit & stop loss, which I think is what  you want) will be handled by Gekko natively.

I am also interested as to what timeline we might be looking at for SL and TP
