PROBLEM npm install talib

Once again, I'm on windows 10, and using Bash on windows, as explained in the doc let me installed the whole thing, including talib as a no brainer.

But then, I'm not sure I really need talib. 
For instance, Tommie Hansen strats are using Tulip, not talib.

Thanks for the reply. I do not know if talib is necessary for those strategies. I thought because when I start a backtest I get this writing:
