Well, leveling up is not an easy thing to do. You will have to play a lot and win many games too. The problem with that is that winning depends on the people who you play with. If you play with good players, you will level up faster, but if you play with bad players, well, good luck.
It's better to get a leveled-up account online. There is always an option to buy lol accounts, and it's great that you can do that. I bought mine because I was sick of playing with noobs and losing games because of them. Now I play with better players, and it's much more competitive and fun.
