Help for beginner

Hello! I would want to join the question. Is there some documentation about "advice" function? It seems this is the main function that performs all the cryptotrading. It would be great to specify how to look balance (if possible), set order sum, different kinds of stop-losses (I saw something similar at the forum but it is hard to gather all actual and robust information).
