Seems that this issue is not related to Windows. I have the same problem running Gekko 0.6.5 UI at AWS. Googled this error and it's said that other bots/apps receive the same error from Binance API when connection to it is bad.

Created an issue regarding it: https://github.com/askmike/gekko/issues/2442
