BacktestTool - batch backtest, import and strategy parameters optimalization

Hi can anyone help,I have been trying to run backtest tool via CLI,Windows 7,Have installed strawberry,xFFFFF Backtest tool,,Strategy's,Extra indicators,but every time i get bBacktest failed.I have put some info below from CMD.

Is it because it wont work on windows 7,only on windows 10+bash,please advise,Thanks.
