It's basically the same thing as the answer before you:

1. Your TOML-file is bad
2. Something else is bad (read the instructions)
3. Get orig files:

You have an error in the JS-file, clone the files from the repo and use that.

Ok solved.
However, still not working...
When I select the RSI_BULL_BEAR strategy in the backtester, the following appaears in the parameters field at the right:
