Make/Taker Fee & Slippage parameters, how do you know what to set these parameters at?

fee depends on your exchance.
you can find it there or use google.
Slippage depends on the volatility of your pair.
for Binance the fee is 0.1% for one whole trade, so i set slippage to 0.1
highly volatile pairs are hard to trade and therefor the slippage becomes aweful
