I would uninstall Gekko and reinstall it (I think I did some damage lol).
Is it possible to save all the backtesting data that I recovered from the various excange?

Hey,
If you are refering to the historical dataset of the exchanges, I think ( but but test it, don't trust me on this one ), the databases in gekko/history are enough.

afaik that should be it. save your history folder. when you install it on the same system and OS there should be no problems.
switching from debian do win10 bash did not work that well
